We are excited to announce that the registration process just got a lot shorter…and easier! There will no longer be a CSP101 course ($99 savings) and Voice Assessment during the registration process.
Here are the NEW steps to get started:
Step 1: Fill out our application form so we can set up your account. Once approved, we will email you a link with a username and password. Once you have logged in successfully, you will be able to move forward to the next steps.
Step 2: Submit your Background Check. This may take 24-48 hours to process, so be patient during this time.
Step 3: Sign up under our Business IB ID #57773. Contact us by email or by phone if you need help on this.
Step 4: Then choose a client to service and take their certification course.
Step 5: Once certified, start work! 🙂
