I don’t understand how it works. Can you simplify it for me?

Sure! Top companies are outsourcing their call volume through our partners. Our partners then outsources to companies like Girlicity to find the people that are working from home and connect them to the clients in need of services. You certify for the company you choose to provide your services to and start taking inbound customer service calls from your home. It is all computerized so you basically log into your computer and into the clients systems and the calls come directly through your computer through a USB headset which means you don’t even need a phone line! You answer the phone as if you are in a call center! It’s a pretty cool concept. Customers are happier because they can speak to someone that they can understand and it gives people that can’t work outside the home or need flexibility an opportunity to be in business for themselves and make a living!

For me, I chose to do it to help with bills and to be able to spend more time with my family. My husband is happy, my son is happy and I am super happy! No office drama, no daily commute, spending less money on gas and after school care. It all adds up. I don’t have to spend extra on work clothes or put makeup on. It truly is an amazing opportunity. You have to be self disciplined and motivated and you also have to have some working knowledge of computers and technology (to a degree).

Think of it as your own call center at home. You choose who you provide services for and the pay rate is based on the client you choose. You choose how much you work, full time or part time. You manage yourself and can do it in your PJ’s!

Step 1: Create a profile

Fill out our Contact Form here and we will email you a special link to create your profile. Once you click the link, you will click “Continue with Girlicity LLC” and follow these steps:

*Please note: You MUST use the name that is associated with your Drivers License and Social Security. If you have recently been married or had a name change, you must make sure that your documents have been updated to match your last name before registering.

*If you create your account without using our special link, make sure you use our referral code which will either be 936240 or the Agent ID of the Girlicity team member that referred you to Arise and Girlicity. Then you would input our IB ID 57773 to choose Girlicity.

Step 2: Register as an Agent Working for Girlicity LLC on the Arise Platform:

During this step you will confirm your name is spelled correctly and input your SS# and we will be informed that you have requested to join our team:

Step 3: Sign Documents & Validate Email

Once you have been accepted into the Girlicity team, you will need to log in at portal.arise.com and view and sign the documents:

*** When you click “View and Sign” you must click inside the pop up document, scroll all the way to the bottom then the button will turn orange and allow you to sign.

We will then finalize your request to join our team!

You will receive your welcome email which will be full of great information to help you get started.

While you wait for us to finalize your request, check your email and make sure you click the link to validate your email address:

Step 4: Select a Client Program

During this step you will take an assessment to find out which jobs fit you the best then be given access to the client opportunities board where you can see what projects are available. You have the flexibility to choose the client program that you would like to service. Our clients include many Fortune 100 companies such as cable companies, cruise lines, retail stores and many more. All classes are FREE! There will be a $30 background check fee which will be good for 36 months.

The client certification courses are typically anywhere between 5 and 30 days (M-F). Once you certify, you will be offered the opportunity to provide your services to that client and can start work immediately!

Make sure you review the checklist and the technical requirements before enrolling.

The client board changes often so if you don’t see a client that suits you, be patient as something may come up that will match your talents and availability.
