How can I speak with someone at Girlicity?

Please note that you must enroll, complete certification and service your first 30 days to be eligible to keep your voucher. If those terms are not met then the voucher may be recouped from your deposit or future deposits or may be paid to Girlicity by Paypal.

If your computer does not meet the minimum technical requirements or internet speed the voucher may be denied.

To qualify for the voucher your computer and internet speed must pass all the technical requirements and you must upload proof.

Please note that because it may take up to 24 business hours to process a voucher, if you are interested in a high demand course that may fill up quickly, you may not receive your voucher in time. No refunds are given for vouchers nor credits towards future client certification courses. Vouchers will not be requested until the qualification checklist has been completed and screenshots submitted and approved.

If we issue a voucher and it is not used for the class that it was requested for, the voucher will be removed. If you use the voucher for a class that it was not issued for, the voucher amount will be paid back on your first invoice unless an agreement is made prior to using the voucher.

If we issue a voucher and the class is cancelled, you will receive the voucher refund to your account by Arise. You must enroll in another class within 60 days otherwise the voucher must be paid back. We will send an invoice after the course is cancelled. You may ignore the invoice if you plan on enrolling but if you are not enrolled in a new course within 60 days, you will have to pay the voucher back by the invoice date (90 days after initial invoice).

If you have any outstanding balance owed to Girlicity, that must be paid prior to requesting voucher.
