ACD – Thank You

Thank you for filling out the application to be a part of the exciting ACD program!

You can now follow this link to register on the ACD Portal: https://www.acdagents.com/applicant/app/sign-up

Please keep an eye on your email for any correspondence from ACD Direct after you have registered using the link above. Check junk and spam folders as well. Not all agents will be on the same step in Enrollment so please forward ANY emails you receive from ACD Direct to us so that we can help you to be successful in the Enrollment process. Enrollment with ACD is time sensitive, so it is IMPERATIVE that we know which step of the process you are on.
You will have one week from the time that you receive your Enrollment email from ACD Direct to complete the enrollment process or you will be deactivated and will not be allowed to re-certify for 90 days. Not all agents will be allowed to re-certify
 
Please take note of the information below:
 
*ANY work done on behalf of ACD Direct MUST be completed hardwired. NO WI-FI, you must have an ethernet cord plugged into your computer and manually switch off WI-FI on your computer when using the ACD Gateway.
*VPN is not allowed.
