When do I receive payment for my services? When do I get paid?

You receive payment for your services on the 1st and the 15th of every month by direct deposit. You also have the option of choosing express invoicing which will send your invoice and your deposit your paycheck up to a week sooner for a small fee. You can register for express invoicing when you fill out your direct deposit form or if you have already input your direct deposit you can register here.

You can expect to receive your invoice no later than 2 days prior to your deposit date. If you would like your invoice early, please sign up for Express invoicing.

*** If you have not submitted your SOW, ICA, W9, Identity Video and/or Direct Deposit information, your deposit will be held and delayed until the next invoice cycle.

If you provide services from the 1st through the 15th, your payment is sent to you on the 1st of the following month. If you provide services between the 16th and the end of the month, your payment is sent to you on the 15th of the following month. * Deposits are not made on weekends or holidays so we submit the business day before which means that some deposit and invoice dates may be prior to the 1st and the 15th.

Remember to take into consideration your pay dates and when you pick your first weeks hours. If you are given posting access for the end of the month, be sure to pick hours starting on the 1st. If you are given posting access on the 13th, be sure to choose hours starting on the 16th.

If you are given access to choose in the middle of a pay period, remember that the service fee’s come out regardless of how many intervals you service. If your paycheck is $40, the service fee’s will make your revenue payment $0. ”

Example: If you service from March 1st through March 15th, your payment will be made to you on April 1st. If you service from March 16th – March 31st, your payment is made to you for that period of time on April 15th.
