What if I need to contact the Admissions or Registration Department?

Log into the portal, click on “online help” which is located on the top right corner or the page. Type in your question or concern. You will be given an opportunity to chat with an admissions specialist during the hours of 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. EST M-F.

If you would like to send an email to admissions, you can send it to registration@registration.arise.com. Please make sure to include your full name, Agent ID number in the email and a signature.

If you already have an account but are not able to access it Please email registration@registration.arise.com. Provide the following information as it appeared on your platform profile: • UserName/CSPID • Full Name • Full Mailing Address • Email Address • Phone Number(s) • DOB • Assistance Being Requested.
