What happens if I create a duplicate profile?

You are not allowed to create multiple profiles

Please send an e-mail to registration@registration.arise.comm if you created a duplicate profile.

You MUST include the following in your email:

  • Subject: Duplicate Profile
  • Body: Include your full name, email address you registered with, full address, phone number, username and password if you remember, Agent ID number if you remember it. Then type this “I accidentally created another profile. Can you please delete my new profile and reactivate my old one?”. Feel free to add any other pertinent information but keep it brief and to the point.
  • Signature: Sign with your full name and a contact number

Please allow up to 7 business days for them to review your profile. Because Arise does not allow duplicate profiles, if they find you were intentionally trying to circumnavigate their systems, they will deactivate your profile for good.
