My profile is not active anymore, what can I do?
If you receive a message about an inactive profile, please send a request via e-mail to email@example.com
You MUST include the following in your email:
- Subject: Inactive Profile
- Body: Include your full name, email address you registered with, full address, phone number, username and password if you remember, Agent ID number if you remember it. Then type this “My profile is no longer active, can you please reactivate it for me?”. Feel free to add any other pertinent information but keep it brief and to the point.
- Signature: Sign with your full name and a contact number
Please allow up to 7 business days for them to review your profile.
DO NOT create another profile as doing so may permanently disqualify you from the Arise network.
