This client requires the following. Check each box so you understand:*

Class times are in EST (Eastern Standard Time). Please take that into consideration when choosing your course time if you are not in EST.
Hours of Operation: 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year
Minimum of 60 intervals per invoice period (15 hours per week) requested.3 hours (6 intervals) on Black Friday, 11/26 and 3 hours (6 intervals) on Cyber Monday, 11/29
Computer Requirement: Windows 10 or 11
i5 or better processor
Compensation: Pay is $7.50 per interval ($15 hr) ONLY if agent services 50 hours (100 intervals) during the invoice period (invoice periods are the 1st though the 15th and the 16th to the end of the month). If agent services less than 50 hours, the Pay is $6.00 per interval ($12 hr)
*** Please note, MAX pay is only earned if you SERVICE 100 intervals or more. To be certain you do not miss the higher pay rate, schedule MORE than 100 intervals to be certain you earn the MAX pay. Keep track of the number of intervals PER INVOICE PERIOD (1st-15th, 16th-End of month).
You do NOT qualify if you have 1 or more Statements Of Work that was terminated for cause.
You do NOT qualify if you have dropped from “enrolled” (paid) status in a program opportunity less than 4 weeks before expressing interest in this program opportunity.
You cannot use a wireless keyboard or mouse.
You must have at least 8GB of RAM. (16GB is HIGHLY recommended)
Your computer needs to have at least a 10 Mbps upload speed and 3 Mbps download speed. Test your speed NOW to verify: http://www.speedtest.net/ If you don't have the speed contact your internet provider to upgrade to a faster internet package.
Internet Explorer 8.0 or 9.0 (IE 10 and 11 are not supported at this time).
Network Latency Max of 150 MS
Phone headset that is noise canceling for servicing
You must have a USB Headset for class.
Please understand that The Arise technical check is outdated so you may pass the Arise technical check and still not have the proper technical requirements to service this client. The ONLY way to know is to go through this checklist and compare it to your computer.
Girlicity requires a Notarized Affidavit and ID Video Verification
Commitment Adherence (CA%) Revenue Reward/Penalty: If the rolling 30-day CA% is 100% a $20 fee credit reward will be added. If the rolling 30-day CA% is 90%-99.99% a $10 fee credit reward will be added. If the rolling 30-day CA% is 80%-89.99% a $15 penalty will be assessed. If the rolling 30-day CA% is 60%-79.99% a $25 penalty will be assessed. If the rolling 30-day CA% is 0%-59.99% a $50 penalty will be assessed.
Service Fee Reminder: Girlicity charges $49.75 per invoice for the full duration of the SOW. (2 invoices a month)
Arise charges a $20 no-show fee if you miss the first day of class.
