Class times are in EST (Eastern Standard Time). Please take that into consideration when choosing your course time if you are not in EST.
Intervals Available* Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. ET Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. ET Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET
6 intervals (3 hours) requested on a Sunday or Saturday or a combination of both
Minimum of 60 intervals per invoice period (15 hours per week) requested.
Compensation: Pay is $7.50 per interval ($15 hr) ONLY if agent services 60 hours (120 intervals) during the invoice period (invoice periods are the 1st though the 15th and the 16th to the end of the month). If agent services less than 60 hours, the Pay is $6.50 per interval ($13 hr)
*** Please note, MAX pay is only earned if you SERVICE 120 intervals or more. To be certain you do not miss the higher pay rate, schedule MORE than 120 intervals to be certain you earn the MAX pay. Keep track of the number of intervals PER INVOICE PERIOD (1st-15th, 16th-End of month).
Additional Sales Incentives Offered
Commitment Adherence (CA%) Revenue Reward/Penalty: If the rolling 30-day CA% is 100% a $20 fee credit reward will be added. If the rolling 30-day CA% is 90%-99.99% a $10 fee credit reward will be added. If the rolling 30-day CA% is 80%-89.99% a $15 penalty will be assessed. If the rolling 30-day CA% is 60%-79.99% a $25 penalty will be assessed. If the rolling 30-day CA% is 0%-59.99% a $50 penalty will be assessed.
Service Fee Reminder: Girlicity charges $49.75 per invoice for the full duration of the SOW. (2 invoices a month)

Computer must have at least 4GB of RAM (we recommend 8GB or more)
Dual core 2.8 Ghz i5 or better processor. CPU - Intel: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU P8700 @ 2.53GHz or Greater or AMD: Athlon 64 X2 5000+.
Your computer needs to have at least a 10 mbps download speed and 4 mbps upload speed (higher speeds recommended). Test your speed NOW to verify: http://www.speedtest.net/ If you don't have the speed contact your internet provider to upgrade to a faster internet package.
We highly recommend you use a Business Grade Modem. Contact your internet service provider to find out how to get one.
Monitor resolution MUST be at least 1280 X 1024. 1920 X 1080 Full HD or 1080p recommended.
Dual Monitors display of 17-19” (non-widescreen) or 19-20” (widescreen) recommended but not required.
This program uses the AVG 1.6 (Arise Virtual Gateway) to connect to the client systems
Please understand that the Arise technical check may be outdated so you may pass the Arise technical check and still not have the proper technical requirements to service this client.
