This client requires the following. Check each box so you understand:*
- This is a special WHITE GLOVE class for top level IBO's and their agents. Only a few IBO's are given this opportunity to put agents directly into this class.
- YOU WILL: Assist members with transportation to and from healthcare appointments
- YOU WILL: Ensure that those waiting to receive a ride receive transportation and have a ride back.
- YOU WILL: Resolve issues with previous appointments.
- YOU WILL: Assist with benefits eligibility.
- UNDERSTAND: Given the nature of these calls, you may encounter members expressing feelings of distress, impatience, fear and anxiety. This can post a challenging situation to handle.
- UNDERSTAND: This experience can be highly rewarding - providing valuable and possibly life saving assistance to these members.
- Class times are in EST (Eastern Standard Time). Please take that into consideration when choosing your course time if you are not in EST.
- Smartphone required for daily class Face Recognition
- Spontaneous speech assessment required.
- Computer efficiency and knowledge is required.
- Familiarity with utilizing function keys is a plus; you will not use your mouse
- Minimum of 60 intervals per invoice period (15 hours per week) requested. 8 intervals (4 hours) requested on Mondays
- MONDAYS are the most important and busiest days.
- You may not qualify if you have dropped a Modivcare class in the past, have dropped any class by not paying your class confirmation deposit, if you have dropped multiple classes or have a SOW termination on file.
- Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET
- $6.75 per interval / $13.50 per hour or $7.50 per interval/ $15 hour on Mondays if you service 4 or more hours on Monday.
- Dual monitors are required
- Webcam: Required
- Computer Requirement: Windows 11
- No Apple computers
- We highly recommend you use a Business Grade Modem. Contact your internet service provider to find out how to get one.
- Computer must have at least 12GB of RAM (16GB recommended)
- * 40 GB or more of available hard drive space 60 GB or more of total hard drive space required.
- Your computer needs to have at least a 30 mbps download speed and 10 mbps upload speed. Faster speeds highly recommended. Maximum Latency Threshold: 50 milliseconds (ms). Test your speed now at www.speedtest.ne
- You can not use a Wifi Booster or Wifi extender plugged into a wall or cellular internet.
- No phone line required. You will use a USB headset with microphone for class and servicing.
- Drug screen is required (no additional cost) Note: *** Modivcare does not test for cannabis
- Please look at the course dates closely and check your calendar to make sure you don't have any out of town trips scheduled during class. No absences are allowed. 100% attendance is required.
- Support Fee Reminder: Girlicity charges $40 per invoice for the full duration of the SOW. (2 invoices a month)
- Service Fee Reminder: Arise charges a 5% fee on all earned revenue
- $75 Background Check fee required

Girlicity must have a certification rate of 50% and 59% from all agents enrolled in this class, AND you must have serviced at least 90 hours (180 intervals) during the Certification SOW. Partner up with other agents in this class to help each other be successful so that you all can earn this incentive.
