- Must be Bilingual Spanish
- Class times are in EST (Eastern Standard Time). Please take that into consideration when choosing your course time if you are not in EST.
- Smartphone required for daily class Face Recognition
- Hours of Operation: Monday –Friday 7:00a.m.–7:00p.m.ET
- Minimum of 60 intervals per invoice period (15 hours per week) requested.
- Certification SOW Service Revenue  $7.64 per hour* ($3.82 per interval)
- Certification SOW Incentive: Earn an additional $1.81 per hour/$0.905 per interval when you service a minimum of 12 hours/24 intervals per week during the Certification SOW – after the completion of Phase II.
- Certification SOW Incentive: Service a minimum of 13 hours per week, during the Certification SOW - after the completion of Phase II - to earn an additional $100.00 when your business is offered (and you accept) the first Production SOW for each of your agents servicing the program on behalf of your business!
- A Certification SOW will run, on average, between 8 -10 weeks.
- Production SOW Compensation: Pay $17.00 per hour* ($8.50 per interval)
- Service Fee Reminder: Girlicity charges $40 per invoice for the full duration of the SOW. (2 invoices a month)
- Service Fee Reminder: Arise charges a 5% fee on all earned revenue
- $50 class deposit required. Arise charges a $50 no-show fee if you miss the first day of class.

- Computer Requirement: Windows 11
- Service Partners MUST maintain the most recent version of Windows 10 or 11 (fully patched with no pending updates) on your computer
- Computer must have at least 8GB of RAM (we recommend 16GB or more)
- Processor: Intel Core i5 or faster is required
- You can not use a Wifi Booster or Wifi extender plugged into a wall or cellular internet.
- Your computer needs to have at least a 10 mbps download speed and 4 mbps upload speed (higher speeds recommended). Test your speed NOW to verify: http://www.speedtest.net/ If you don't have the speed contact your internet provider to upgrade to a faster internet package.
- We highly recommend you use a Business Grade Modem. Contact your internet service provider to find out how to get one.
- Monitor resolution MUST be at least 1920 X 1080p
- Dual Monitors display of 17-19” (non-widescreen) or 19-20” (widescreen) are REQUIRED
- No Apple computers

- You do not qualify if you have dropped from “enrolled” status in a program opportunity less than 60 days before expressing interest in this program opportunity.
